A representation of the life of Alan Lomax - renowned folk music artist, recorder, and writer.

Despite the iconic reputation of such a figure within his industry, he wasn’t one without controversy - being listed part of the infamous “Hollywood blacklist”. A list compiling the names of supposed communist sympathisers, barring them from creating and being apart of new films and media. Listed with the likes of Charlie Chaplin, Orsen Wells, and Judy Holliday to list a few.

Despite it never being proved he was a sympathiser this didn’t stop the FBI compiling over 800 pages of an essential fan tribute about him being a supposed communist.
